Being a true "amateur" is a good thing!

It means you sing "for fun" but you're also serious enough to care about your vocal health and skill!

You do NOT have to be an accomplished "professional" to enjoy taking voice lessons with me!
 

I can help you if . . .

1. ... you love to sing, and have already done at least a bit of singing, with or without training, and would like your voice to be more free and open, more expressive and effortless.

2. ... you are currently actively singing in a chorus, ensemble, church choir, or involved in some other ongoing vocal activity (folk, group, madrigals, open mic nights, etc.)

3. ... you are not currently active, but you have sung in the past and want to get going again

4. ... you already have basic musical skills and can read music (I do NOT teach sight-reading, notation, and the like. My students already know how to read music, and have at least modest musical skills and knowledge.)
